OCTLIGHT engineers are currently putting the final touch on the second pilot series production of Caliper OEM modules. The modules are assembled as soon as PCB and TOSA-VCSELs have passed inspection and testing. After assembly the modules are tested with all optical components fiber coupled before fiber splicing. Then the modules are subjected to the final testing against specifications. The modules will go out to different parts of the world by the end of this summer.
OCTLIGHT has been selected to the Photonics Programme, which is the predecessor to the European Photonics Venture Forum. Through the program OCTLIGHT will work to refine strategies and look for new opportunities for leveraging its innovative tunable VCSEL technology platform. The program is aligned with OCTLIGHT mission to transform our technology into solutions that will make our society healthier, happier, and more sustainable.
