Caliper-HERO

When Should I Use Caliper-HERO?

The compact Caliper-HERO VCSEL Swept Source is the best possible choice on the market for making eye diagnostics based on a full 3D OCT image. The patented Highly Efficient Resonant Oscillator (HERO) scans at the fastest rate available on the market and is so ultra-fast that the image is not distorted by a blink of the eye. This makes it possible for Eye Specialists to do blood flow imaging, a wider field of view imaging, and real-time 3D imaging for robotic surgery. With a full 3D OCT image of an eye, treatments can be optimized to prevent vision loss and ensure the patient´s quality of life.

Caliper-HERO is based on the Caliper product platform. Caliper-HERO can be customized and be delivered with either factory settings or user programmable settings.
